Privacy notice for juniors

This is for you if you're a junior member of Winterbourne Cricket Club. Your parent or carer has the full privacy notice.

What we know about you

• Your name, your birthday and the team you play in.
• How to reach your parent or carer, and someone else in an emergency.
• Anything about your health your parent has told us, like asthma or an allergy, so the adults looking after you can keep you safe.
• The games you play in and your scores, from Play-Cricket.
• Whether your parent is happy for us to use photos of you, or your name in match reports.

Who sees it

• Only the adults who need to: your coach or team manager, and the Club Safeguarding Officer.
• The ECB and the league, for your registration and results.
• We never send messages to you directly. They go to your parent or carer.

Photos and your name

We never put your name and a photo of you together. We only use your photo, or your name in a report, if your parent has said yes. They can change their mind at any time.
